One of my favorite clients Brittany approached me with a theme of "judging eyes" to cover her ribs and hip. I chose some classic judgement symbolism with the old-fashioned scales, and used vines to match the motif with her mannequin and flowers sleeve that you can view elsewhere in my tattoos gallery.
